Frances loves a good pair of glasses, but what she enjoys most is helping people find eyewear that makes them smile. She sees every patient as a unique puzzle: even when two people have similar vision concerns, their eyes, needs, and solutions can differ completely.
As a Licensed Optician and Office Manager, Frances brings that personalized perspective to every interaction, from helping patients discover distinctive eyewear to supporting them throughout their care at The Eye Care Studio.
Getting to know patients and hearing their stories is one of her favorite parts of the job. Her own health journey has also given Frances a deeper understanding of what it feels like to be a patient, inspiring her to make everyone who walks through the door feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Outside the office, Frances stays busy with her husband and two sons, usually cheering from the sidelines at soccer and volleyball games. She also loves creating healthy recipes, reading, exploring Delaware, spending time with family and her two cats, and capturing their memories in plenty of photos.
