When your appointment involves a medical eye condition, your medical insurance may apply. This can include care for conditions such as dry eye disease, diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration, or eye injury.
Our Approach to routine Care
Direct Vision Care
The Eye Care Studio uses a direct-care model for routine vision services rather than participating in vision-plan networks. This gives us the freedom to keep recommendations centered on your eyes, preferences, and the care or eyewear you choose.
Having an out-of-network vision plan doesn’t necessarily mean you have to leave your benefits behind. Depending on your plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement or other out-of-network benefits.

We use Anagram to help patients access applicable out-of-network vision benefits. Anagram can simplify the process of using benefits for eligible services and eyewear, even though our practice does not participate in vision plan networks.
